Psychologist

Community Behavioral Health (CBH), a nonprofit managing behavioral health services for Philadelphia Medicaid members, seeks a Psychologist to deliver high-quality, recovery-focused care. The Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, provide individual and group therapy, develop and monitor treatment plans, and coordinate services with providers across the community. This role supports equitable, culturally responsive, data-informed care, helping improve mental health outcomes for diverse residents within a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for Medicaid members.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update person-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and community providers to coordinate care.
• Monitor risk, perform crisis assessments, and support safety planning as needed.
• Document services, assessments, and outcomes in accordance with Medicaid and CBH standards.
• Use data and outcomes to inform treatment adjustments and quality improvement efforts.
• Educate members and families on recovery-oriented resources and community supports.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, case conferences, and program development.
• Uphold CBH's mission, equity focus, and compliance with clinical and ethical standards.
