School Speech Language Pathologist

School Speech Language Pathologist role on a 36-week contract in New Oxford, Pennsylvania. Provide specialized services to preschool students aged 3-5 with special education needs. Earn up to $70 per hour plus bonus, with comprehensive benefits and support from the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language services to preschool students aged 3-5 with special education needs.
Assess, diagnose, and develop individual education plans in collaboration with teachers and parents.
Implement therapy programs using provided materials, testing kits, and lesson plans.
Maintain thorough documentation and weekly paperwork within designated time periods.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support student progress and adapt interventions as needed.

Qualifications:

Current special education teaching certification.
Valid in-person Speech Language Pathologist certification.
Minimum 1 year of SLP experience, preferably with preschool students.
Itinerant work across New Oxford and Gettysburg areas.
Experience working with children ages 3-5 with special education needs.
Proficiency with testing kits, lesson planning, and documentation.
Must pass background check.
Reliable technology (laptop, iPad).
Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork.
