Position Overview

We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to support students across a variety of educational settings.

  • Early Intervention (ages 3–5)
  • School-age caseloads (K–12)
  • Per diem assignments to conduct evaluations and assessments

Whether you’re looking for a full caseload or flexible hours on a per‑evaluation basis, we have openings that meet your preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct occupational therapy assessments and reevaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student goals
  • Address fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and classroom participation
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, families, educators, and related service providers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress, and reports
  • Provide consultation and training to staff and caregivers, as needed
Qualifications
  • Active Pennsylvania licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school-based therapy preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with virtual service delivery platforms is a plus
