School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: West Grove, PA through the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU)
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 7.5 hours per day. M-F during normal school day hours. This is an hourly position; you are only paid for the hours that you work.
Caseload: K-12, Autistic Support, Multiple Disabilities, Emotional Support, or Life Skills classroom
Additional Details: RBTs will work with students during the school calendar year and will follow the school calendar for days off, holidays, etc. Summers are off; ESY may be available but is not guaranteed.

What you’ll do as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in the school setting by implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote skill development, encourage positive behaviors, collect data, and support students in achieving their educational and behavioral goals.

- Must have High Diploma or equivalent
- Must have minimum one year demonstrated experience working in a school setting, preferably with students with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
- RBT certification is required
- Must be comfortable using a computer
- Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards
- Current clearances (within 6 months)
