School Speech Language Pathology Assistant; SLPA Kennett Square

• Active SLPA license or certification recognized in educational or healthcare settings
• Direct experience or strong familiarity with nonverbal and neurodiverse students
• Previous school-based or pediatric healthcare SLPA experience is highly valued
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in two classrooms
• Support students aged 7-10 with a variety of communication needs, focusing on nonverbal and neurodiverse populations
• Implement activities designed by a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom routine
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and session notes
