Child and Adolescent Therapist

In this role, you will conduct culturally sensitive assessments, provide outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential for delivering holistic care, and you'll participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning. Accurate documentation, billing, and insurance authorization are also key responsibilities.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Experience working with children and families
• Provisional license if required by state
• Strong commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional development
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
