Cura Hospitality is seeking a PRN Registered Dietitian to support nutrition and dining services for senior living and healthcare clients. In this flexible, as‑needed role, you will assess nutritional needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with culinary and clinical teams to design therapeutic menus that meet medical and cultural preferences. Responsibilities include charting, regulatory compliance, patient and resident education, and staff training.
You’ll model Cura’s people‑first, hospitality‑focused culture while promoting fresh, appealing, and clinically appropriate dining experiences across assigned locations.
- Conduct nutrition assessments for residents and patients in senior living and healthcare settings
- Develop and update individualized nutrition care plans and goals
- Collaborate with culinary and clinical teams to design and adjust therapeutic and modified menus
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents, patients, and families
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies related to nutrition and food service
- Document assessments, care plans, and progress notes accurately and timely in medical records
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and quality improvement initiatives
- Train and support food service staff on therapeutic diets, portioning, and allergen management
- Monitor menu acceptance, nutritional adequacy, and resident satisfaction
- Support Cura’s hospitality‑focused culture and represent the brand professionally across locations
