Role:
Laboratory Animal Resources Co-op in drug discovery support, focusing on non-clinical safety and model development.
Responsibilities:Participate in vivarium projects across multiple species, assist with clinical case monitoring, infectious disease management, husbandry coordination, and regulatory compliance; support in vivo research projects and prepare scientific reports.
Requirements:enrolled in or pursuing an Associate's Degree with practical experience or a BS/MS in Animal Science, Veterinary Tech., Biology, Pharmacology, or related; must be available for 6 consecutive months in 2027; preferred certifications include ALAT and in-vivo laboratory/husbandry experience.
High Value:Hands-on in vivo animal research, supportive of drug discovery and development, vivarium operations, regulatory compliance.
Work Setup:on-site in West Point, PA; no travel required.
