Clementine Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) / Caregiver to provide overnight care in Downingtown, PA.

• Overnight shifts:
  Starting at 7:00 PM, 8:00 PM, or 9:00 PM
• Assist the client with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ensure the client's safety and well-being at all times.
• Build a genuine connection with the client and provide companionship.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and reliable care.

• Competitive wages: $19–$20 per hour, based on verifiable experience.
• Mileage compensation:
  Currently $0.70 per mile between cases.
• Holiday incentive pay
• Profit-sharing plan:
  Company contributions may be made at the Company's discretion to employees who meet the plan's eligibility requirements.
• Free uniforms provided
• 24/7 support from our agency team

• Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or equivalent and maintenance of certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
