Hourly Pay Rate: $40-$45

• Coordinates and delivers nutritional care to residents, including conducting assessments, creating care plans, and documenting dietary information.
• Works closely with the Director of Food Services and medical staff to ensure proper nutritional interventions and services for residents.
• Provide nutritional counseling and educate residents on healthy eating habits.

• Registered dietitian (RD) credential and licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Strong clinical knowledge of nutrition support therapies.
