As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) PRN with Mon Valley Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services to our community. Our PRN team is comprised of talented and compassionate professionals who share a passion for delivering high-quality care to our patients.

We are seeking a motivated and organized PTA to join our Physical Therapy department on a per-diem basis. As a PTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with a wide range of injuries and conditions. Your expertise will enable patients to regain mobility, strength, and function, ultimately improving their overall well-being.

• Work collaboratively with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various diagnoses
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients to identify goals and outcomes
• Assist patients with exercises, stretches, and other forms of physical therapy interventions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
• Participate in staff meetings and stayed current with industry developments and best practices
