Benchmark Therapies is looking for Physical Therapists to join our team at Redstone Greensburg, a welcoming senior living community in Oxford, PA.

This would be a meaningful opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with older adults and wants the time and support to provide thoughtful, individualized care.

What You’ll Do

Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, and independence

Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes

Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems

Contribute to a supportive, team-focused therapy department

What We’re Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing

A genuine interest in working with older adults

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills

A compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach
