• Manage and maintain accurate records of staff assignments, time-off requests, and employee performance data
• Develop and implement creative solutions to staffing challenges, ensuring seamless operation of the facility
• Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and achieve positive outcomes
