The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• High School Diploma or GED (required) (Bachelor's Degree is a plus!)
• Minimum of one year of experience in mental health with adults or children with behavioral health challenges
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

The Residential Advisor will:

• Provide support and oversight for residents in a 20-bed residential facility
• Complete notes on client progress and daily activities
• Administer medications (as required)
• Teach and support daily living skills to residents
• Provide transportation to appointments using company vehicles

• These are temporary PRN roles – staff must remain flexible with shifts
• Credentialing must be completed before submission of the application
