Behavior Health Technician (Bht) In Chester County, Pa

BHT starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and progresses to $26.50 per hour (w2 employment)

Rate is based on years of related experience

NOW OFFERING PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening.

Clearances are reimbursed after successful hire and billing with your case

BHT assignments available throughout Chester County, PA areas

URGENT NEEDS: (needs are updated regularly)

  • Chadds Ford/Unionville, PA:
    Monday-Friday 9:10am-3:40pm
  • Kennett Square, PA:
    Monday-Friday 7:30am-8:45am in home
  • Landenberg, PA:
    Thursday and Friday 9:00am-11:00am in home
  • Oxford, PA:
    • Monday-Friday 7:00am-8:00am in home
    • Monday-Friday 8:15am-3:30pm in a school setting
    • Monday-Thursday 8:50am-11:30am in school setting, Friday any morning hours in home
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 1:30pm-3:30pm in home
    • 2 times/week 1.5 hour sessions after 4:30pm, Saturday and Sunday flexible hours in home

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide assistance to students with behavior disorders in the school, home, and community setting based on medical needs of the client
  • Prompt interventions in the areas of: behavior management, conflict resolution, anger management, and peer interaction skills based on the treatment plan goals provided by a Behavior Consultant or Behavior Analyst
  • Collect daily data and document progress notes in a prescribed format for each session with the child/adolescent
