Behavior Technician (BT)
Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide school-based services for a school district local to the Royersford, PA area. This is a full-time opening from September to June following the school calendar. We currently have a position available supporting Elementary School.

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavioral intervention services to children with special needs.
- Provide daily modeling and teacher education.
- Work with crisis team to de-escalate behaviors when applicable.
- Collect data on all programming as directed by the BCBA.
- Advise and consult with the family and other agency personnel with BCBA oversight.
- Understand and adhere to established policies and procedures.
- Participate with all other interdisciplinary team members effectively and efficiently.
- Attend team meetings as required.
- Adhere to Agency standards and consistently interpret and accurately perform all assigned responsibilities.
- Maintain acceptable attendance status, per Agency policy.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills through daily documentation and infrequent overtime for routine assignments.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking and decision making.
- Maintain current CPR certification.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience supporting pediatrics
