Seton Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking to hire enthusiastic and innovative Personal Care Assistants to join our team!

Full Time, Part time 7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a for 1:1 resident interaction

The most successful candidates:

  • Have experience working in healthcare

  • Long-term care experience preferred

  • Possess a passion for working with and having impactful interaction with seniors

  • Are creative, compassionate, patient, and willing to go the extra mile

  • Have effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Have experience in long-term care or physical rehabilitative setting

  • Possess a positive attitude

  • Treat each resident with care, compassion, dignity, and respect

The responsibilities & duties:

  • Helps resident maintain their highest level of functioning by presenting appropriate activity programs according to resident’s physical capacity, cognitive ability and interest

  • Invites and encourages resident participation and assists in transporting

  • Engages individual resident in maintaining maximum daily Living Functions

  • Assures the safety of individual resident

  • Participate in Quality Assurance programs and facility committees/programs

The Qualifications:

  • Must have long term care experience
