As a Residential Specialist
, you will:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
- Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meal preparation.
- Support daily living skills, independence, and participation in individualized goals and support plans.
- Help individuals participate in community activities, appointments, social events, and meaningful experiences.
- Promote dignity, respect, person-centered care, and a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.

Required:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide hands-on support and physical assistance when needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in caregiving, healthcare, human services, education, psychology, nursing, social work, or a related field

- Flexible scheduling based on program needs
- Weekend and holiday hours may be required
- Additional shifts may be available based on staffing needs
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed
- Ability to provide physical assistance and support when required
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
