Hospice Executive Director

Newtown Square, PA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced RN or licensed clinician to lead our hospice office in Newtown Square, PA.

We’re looking for a leader who can bring people together, strengthen operations, and help patients and families receive reliable, compassionate care.
Hospice experience is preferred. We also welcome clinical leaders who have succeeded in high-volume healthcare operations
.

• Lead the performance and day-to-day operations of the Newtown Square hospice office.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff and emerging leaders.
• Oversee staffing, planning, budgets, and fiscal performance.
• Partner with clinical leaders to support care quality, staff development, and compliance.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, facilities, and community referral partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and grow the office.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, recognition, and care.

• A current, active RN or other professional clinical license
• A four-year college degree
• At least two years of verifiable supervisory or management experience
• Experience leading a hospice operation or a high-volume healthcare operation
  ; hospice experience preferred
• Strong skills in recruiting, coaching, employee relations, and operational management
• Sound clinical judgment and a commitment to high-quality patient and family care
• The ability to build community relationships and lead a team through growth and change
• Comfort using technology in a fast-paced healthcare setting
