As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide hands-on assistance and support to residents while promoting their independence,dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing,dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and other daily needs as appropriate.
• Provide compassionate assistance while encouraging residents to maintain as much independence as possible.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in physical, emotional, or psychosocial condition to the appropriate team member.
• Respondto resident requests for assistance in a timely and courteous manner.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents.
• Monitor resident care supplies and notify appropriate team members when additional supplies are needed.
• Provide companionship and interact positively with residents throughout the day.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers.
• Followall facility policies, safety procedures, infection prevention practices,and resident care standards.
• Work independently while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Perform additional resident care duties as assigned by leadership.

• Previous personal care, assisted living, senior living, home care, or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• CPRand First Aid certification required.
• Compassionate and patient with a genuine interest in working with older adults.
• Dependable and committed to providing consistent, high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Abilityto work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Abilityto maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and resident dignity at alltimes.
