Join a well-established Family Medicine practice in Shippensburg, PA, providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from infants through seniors. Work alongside a collaborative team of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers in a patient-centered environment. Practice is recognized as an NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality, coordinated care. Monday through Friday schedule supporting an excellent work-life balance.

Shared call model with two additional offices, resulting in approximately 1 week of call every 15 weeks. Call coverage runs Monday to Monday. Enjoy the support and resources of Well Span Health, with access to a broad network of specialty providers for seamless patient coordination.

Minimum Education:

• Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
• Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
• Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:

• 1 year Required

Licenses:

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
• Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
• Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
• Nurse Practitioner
  - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
• Physician Assistant
  - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
