Rate: $14-$16/hr
Immediate Need: Canadensis, PA - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing, toileting, feeding, light housekeeping) in home/school setting
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide emotional/behavioral support
  
  Follows plan of care
• Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager

Locations served: Stroudsburg, Pa and surrounding areas
