Pharmacist Retail (Ongoing Contract)
Location:
Shenandoah, PA (Floater Role between Shenandoah and Fredericksburg, PA)
Seeking an experienced pharmacist to support retail pharmacy operations in a dynamic setting with two pharmacist staff and one to two pharmacy technicians. This role offers the opportunity to work across two locations, providing flexibility and potential for guaranteed additional hours.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM OR 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process an average daily volume of 500 prescriptions using RX30, ensuring timely and safe dispensing
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and fellow pharmacists to maintain a high level of customer service and operational efficiency
- Manage retail pharmacy workflows and provide guidance as needed to support team performance
- Adhere to all state and federal regulations, company policies, and best practices for pharmacy operations
- Serve as a floater between Shenandoah and Fredericksburg locations, adapting to each sites specific needs and maintaining consistent quality standards
Qualifications and Desired
Experience:
- Proficient with RX 30 pharmacy management software is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment
