As a Medicaid Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care by navigating the complex Medicaid system. • Assist patients in navigating the Medicaid system to ensure seamless coverage and access to necessary services
• Conduct intake assessments to identify patient eligibility for Medicaid programs
• Process and submit Medicaid claims in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary information and documentation for Medicaid applications
• Provide exceptional patient communication and education on Medicaid benefits and services
• Maintain accurate records and reports of patient Medicaid applications and claims

• Prior experience in a related field, such as healthcare or social services, is preferred
