- Provide direct care and supervision of assigned consumers.
- Partner with care teams and train caregivers/staff on interventions and data tracking.
- Track, analyze, and document progress to update treatment plans.
- High school diploma/GED
- Must provide or be willing to complete Fatal Five Training
- Minimum of two years' experience working directly with persons with disabilities or working within behavioral health, psychiatric populations.
- Valid Driver's License & Must have own vehicle/reliable transportation
- Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal
- Produce current CPR & First Aid certification
- Establish a relationship with the largest referral agency for behavioral health in the Philadelphia area.
- Payments processed weekly.
- Ability to grow professionally.
- Access to a broad array of client opportunities.
