Position SummaryKadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Murrysville) is looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L) to play a key role on our rehab team. The COTA/L will treat residents, develop targeted treatment strategies, and deliver therapy that helps individuals regain function, increase independence, and safely return to daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Treat residents and assist in developing personalized treatment plans
- Help residents improve daily living skills and regain independence
- Deliver hands‑on therapeutic interventions with empathy and encouragement
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values your input
- Educate residents and families on techniques that support long‑term success
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive therapy environment
- Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L)
- Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is a plus but not required
