Benchmark Therapies is looking for PRN Physical Therapists to join our team at Laurel View Village, a senior living community in Davidsville, Pennsylvania.

This could be a great fit for a PT who enjoys working with older adults and wants the flexibility of PRN work while still being part of a supportive, collaborative therapy team.

You'll be part of a team that values communication, thoughtful care, and the relationships you build with the people you serve.

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence
• Support residents in staying active and involved in the things that matter to them
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
• Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
• Use your clinical judgment to provide thoughtful, individualized care
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
• Be part of a supportive, team-focused therapy department

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing
• A genuine interest in working with older adults
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A thoughtful, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care

• Flexible scheduling
• No regular monthly coverage requirement
• Work at least once every six months to remain active
• Support from accessible clinical leadership
• A collaborative therapy team where your contribution is valued
