Behavior Technician

Location: Elkins Park

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking dedicated behavior technicians to provide one to one support for students with autism and emotional support needs in a school-based setting in Elkins Park, PA.

+ Philadelphia, PA

+ Monday - Friday 8:45am to 4pm

+ $21 per hour

+ Full-time school-year position with potential to work summer school

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide 1:1 behavior support throughout the school day.

+ Implement behavior support plans under the guidance of the educational team.

+ Encourage positive behaviors and build meaningful relationships with students.

+ Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to help students achieve their goals.

* Qualifications:

* + High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Experience working or volunteering with children preferred, especially children with disabilities or behavioral needs.

+ Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

+ Ability to obtain all required state and federal background clearances, drug screening, physical examination, and district-specific requirements.
