This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist, based in Wyndmoor, PA. Responsibilities include providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients, facilitating rehabilitation plans, and assisting individuals in restoring movement and function. The Physical Therapist will assess patients’ needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. Additional responsibilities include documenting patient progress, educating patients and families about therapy techniques, and ensuring compliance with established standards of care.

Qualifications- Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
- Knowledge and experience in Medicine and Home Care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
- Licensed Physical Therapist qualification with current state licensure in Pennsylvania
- Ability to evaluate and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care in an on-site setting
- Experience in hospice or home health care settings is a plus
