• Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and nutritional guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to Haida's high standards of sanitation and hygiene

• Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement meal plans that meet the unique needs of our residents

• Monitor and record food temperatures, inventory, and quality control to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, visitors, and facility staff

• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to ensure continuous quality and excellence
