Senior Manager, Business Risk Management within R&D Operations supporting Innovative Medicine at Johnson & Johnson
Responsible for implementing risk management processes, tools, and practices across functional and study teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with drug development projects.
Responsibilities- Facilitating risk discussions
- Monitoring risk trends
- Supporting deployment of risk management technologies
- Promoting a risk-aware culture
- BS degree (preferably in Business or Scientific discipline)
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries, with in-depth understanding of drug development processes and risk management practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead stakeholder engagement
- Experience with portfolio or enterprise risk management
- Focus on innovative medicine development
- Supporting cross-functional study teams
- With a global work setting (Europe or USA)
- Collaboration involves working with functional leaders, study teams, and quality partners to ensure effective risk oversight across early- to late-stage clinical programs
Hybrid, with potential postings in Belgium or US East Coast, involving some travel as needed.
