Prime Care Medical, Inc. is seeking an Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor to work in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility in Eagleville, PA. This full-time role requires certification as CADC/CAADC and/or licensed clinician (LSW/LCSW or LPC).
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. The counselor will monitor, coordinate, and implement MAT in accordance with standards and PCM policies, serving as a liaison between medical staff and facility personnel.
