Direct Support Personnel​/DSP

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Personnel / DSP to join the team in and around Union County PA. BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, basic hygiene)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

• Locations We’re Hiring:
  Lewisburg, Mifflinburg, Selinsgrove, Sunbury, and more!
• Position Type:
  Start part-time and grow with us. Full-time opportunities may become available, and we’re currently hiring for all shifts.

• Pay: $17/hr. + based on experience
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)

• One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
