• Help to maintain and action day‑to‑day front office and lobby activities, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Call Center to ensure seamless guest service.
• Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar position within a luxury property.
• Housekeeping experience.
• Ability to contribute and successfully deliver against a business strategy.
