General Manager – Boutique Hospitality Destination

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on General Manager to lead a unique hospitality destination in Western Pennsylvania, overseeing a boutique inn, wine‑focused concept, and established restaurant.

This senior leadership role carries full operational and P&L responsibility and requires a visible, guest‑facing leader who thrives in high‑touch hospitality and team development.

• Lead daily operations across lodging, food, and beverage concepts
• Recruit, develop, and retain strong leadership teams
• Own the full guest experience and service standards
• Manage budgets, labor, and profitability
• Act as the on‑site leader and community‑facing representative

• 7–10+ years of senior hospitality leadership experience
• Proven P&L ownership (multi‑unit preferred)
• Strong food & beverage knowledge; wine experience a plus
• Hands‑on, people‑first leadership style
• Willingness to relocate and work nights/weekends as needed
