Located in North Huntingdon and our second location The James Room in Irwin, our modern facility is the go-to destination for weddings, corporate events, banquets, and off-site catering. With over 65 years of experience, we pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences through exceptional service and creative, customized menus.

Job Requirements:

• Experience:
  Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Physical Stamina:
  Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team Player:
  Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively with kitchen staff and other team members.
• Attention to Detail:
  Ability to follow recipes and ensure food is prepared and presented according to our high standards.
• Time Management:
  Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing time effectively to meet service demands.
• Hygiene & Cleanliness:
  Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
• Flexibility:
  Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, depending on event schedules.
• Communication:
  Good communication skills to follow instructions and collaborate with other kitchen staff.
• Positive Attitude:
  Enthusiastic and professional attitude toward providing excellent service.
