Metz Culinary Management - - Responsibilities:
Assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation;
Plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas;
Work in front and back of house as part of dining services team;
Provide hospitality and SMILE while delivering meals to guests;
Support dietary aids tasks as needed within hospital dining services
