Compensation

Hourly base pay is $13 per hour plus tips.

Part‑time from 12:15pm to 4:30pm.

Employees are eligible to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. They may also enroll in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan. Eligibility depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits outlined above.

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. They also park and retrieve guest vehicles, and assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
• Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Use guests’ last names during interactions.
• Use salutation of the day and welcome guests to the location.
• Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Post up in designated areas when not completing tasks.
