Extended Stay - - Responsibilities:
Assist guests, answer phones, check in and check out guests, and collect payment according to procedures;
Maintain front desk and lobby areas and assist with breakfast setup/takedown;
Process reservations and registrations in the property management system and manage cash/credit card accounts;
Resolve guest issues using the Make it Right process;
Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and perform housekeeping/laundry cross-training as needed
