Responsibilities
The Dietary Aide is responsible for assisting in the preparation of meals in the kitchen and serving food to patients and staff on the units or in the general dining area. This person will also perform routine kitchen tasks such as cleaning the kitchen, washing dishes, pots and pans, and providing support wherever needed in the kitchen.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous dietary aid experience
- Prefer food service experience preferably in a hospital, health care or hospitality setting
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment
