Job OverviewThe Guest Services Agent will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Guest Services and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Knowledge of Cloudbeds or other reservation system.
- Understanding of the hotel room reservation process; check in, check out, etc.
- Greeting guests and making them feel welcome.
- Hotel ambassador - share property knowledge.
- Assigning rooms.
- Processing payments.
- Accommodating guest requests.
- Work with the Director of Hotel Operations on guest amenities, room blocks, rate flex, etc.
- Check rooms daily to ensure proper cleanliness.
- Oversee breakfast preparations.
