Pool Attendant

Location: Spilt Rock

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pool Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pool facilities cleanliness, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the resort or hotel.

Monitoring the activity of guests and ensuring their safety.

Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor.

Ensuring that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean and safe.

Maintain a clean and organized pool environment, including pool areas, locker rooms, and surrounding facilities.

Provide excellent customer service, including responding to guest inquiries, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of conflict management and be able to handle any difficult situations that may arise.

Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, engaging with guests and creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the organization with integrity and respect.

Other duties as assigned.

Maintain excellent employee relations with all members of the water park staff

Must be available weekend and holidays

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

Ability to handle conflicts and resolve issues effectively

Hospitality or resort background preferred

Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
