--0 [Kitchen Supervisor] As a Chef Manager at Morningstar Living, you'll:
Create a daily lunch and dinner special, happy hour events to include hors d'oeuvres, & drink specials;
Design and execute one major event and two minor events each month in collaboration with the Front of House Manager;
Manage and maintain proper ordering and inventory levels;
Assist with Catered functions, planning of special events, pace changers and conduct weekly production meetings with responsible parties;
Work with the Executive Chef and assign and or self-complete extra cleaning.
