House Attendant

About the Role

Cambria Hotel Philadelphia Downtown Center City is a modern hotel offering 223 guest rooms and 2,200 square feet of meeting space in Philadelphia’s Center City. The housekeeping team keeps the hotel clean and welcoming, ensuring that guests enjoy a memorable stay. As a House Attendant, you will support both public areas and guest rooms, playing a key role in the overall guest experience.

• Engage with guests to confirm their stay is satisfactory.
• Work with the housekeeping team to maintain resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Walk all assigned floors at the beginning and end of shift to collect bags, trash, and soiled linens.
• Pickup clean linens and refill par stock in each floor pantry.
• Deliver towels, cribs, cots, and other items to guest rooms on request.
• Perform room attendant duties as needed.
• Refill guest‑amenities and supplies in each floor pantry.
• Assist room attendants with heavy lifting during deep or spring cleaning.
• Clean all public areas following department SOPs.
• Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and transport to designated locations.
• Always respond to guests and teammates in a friendly, helpful manner.

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat and pleasant personality.
• Strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical stamina to move, traverse, and maneuver in tight spaces; lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25lb, and handle equipment such as spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, and carts weighing up to 100lb.

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
