Front Desk Agent
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Front Desk Agent
. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting resort guests during their check‑in, stay, and checkout while providing a beyond‑expectation resort experience to all guests.
As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love
—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll be responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
$14/hr
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of guests during their check‑in, stay, and checkout.
- Fully comprehend and operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system, copiers, fax machines, and other office equipment.
- Ensure that all guests are checked in/out in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and confidential manner based on resort standards.
- Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail, and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
- Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
- 1–2 years of front desk/guest service experience.
- Open availability including overnights.
- Effectiveness in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
- Effective listening, understanding, and clarifying of issues.
