Metz Culinary Management - 339 West Main Street - Responsibilities:
Plating, set up and tear down of dining areas, or assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable inventories and sanitation.;
Assist in serving meals and hospitality in a team environment.;
Ensure compliance with dietary instructions and provide friendly service to students and guests.;
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
