Location: New Wilmington
Parkhurst Dining - 319 South Market Street - Responsibilities:
Oversee budget and catering accountability for one complex location or across a whole unit if volume is less than $100K;
Meet with customers and create plans with the culinary team for events (menu, number of guests, timeline, pricing);
Lead and assist chefs and team of catering assistants before and after catered events;
Develop catering systems conducive to growth, innovation, and excellence in customer service, planning menus in accordance with customer expectations and budget;
Manage cost control and collection agents, and verification and billing of all sales and proper reporting
