Skytop-Lodge is seeking an Assistant Front Desk Manager to help oversee the front desk staff and ensure efficient, hospitable service for guests. You will work with the Front Desk Manager to train staff, participate in meetings, and act as second-in-command in their absence.
Your role includes supervising front desk operations, resolving guest issues, handling check-ins/outs, and coordinating with Housekeeping and Reservations to improve guest experiences.
