Front Desk Agent Mechanicsburg, PA

Hyatt Studios is currently seeking part- and full-time Front Desk Agents to service their Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania location. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guests’ requests.

• Previous experience working at front desk in a hotel setting
• Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises
• Distribute keys and room assignments
• Record credit card and personal information
• Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls
• Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs
• Perform regular bookkeeping duties
• Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodation is ready
