Metz Culinary Management - 5 St. Francis Place - Responsibilities:
Assist in plating, set up, and tear down of dining outlets;
Assist in kitchen with prep, dish room, dry stock, and perishable inventories;
Ensure sanitation and safety standards are maintained;
Provide hospitality and guest service in a team environment;
Assist patients/residents with in-room meals and dining service where applicable
